Let her choose: A quick and easy alternative, is to let her choose, with our Gift Vouchers or her own Wishlist. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £50, £100, £250 and £500. These will be sent with a Gift Card and your personal message and may be redeemed either online or at any of our shops. She can create her own Wish List online by browsing our site. Once she has selected the items she really likes, we will email her list to up to 4 people who can then decide themselves what they wish to buy.

Our FREE Gift wrapping service adds the all-important finishing touches. A beautifully beribboned and bowed box adds to the pleasure of receiving, and shows just how much care you have taken in your choice. Every piece of jewellery you buy, however small, will arrive in one of our distinctive black and white boxes. Gift-wrapped purchases are finished with ribbon, and a hand-tied bow at no extra charge. AND - if you would like us to send a Gift Card on your behalf, just write your message in the ‘Gift/Special Instructions’ box at checkout - we will do the rest.

We will Deliver your Gift anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery, free of charge, within three working days of clearing your payment, providing we receive your order before 1pm Monday to Friday (see Delivery & Returns for full details). But if all our best efforts finally fail, you can return any unsuitable items, in accordance with the conditions of our returns policy, within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn, in the original packaging and with the security tag intact.
