If you wish to return jewellery purchased online:
1. you must write to us to obtain a returns reference number either by post or by email at customercare@zigzagjewels.com,
2. it must be sent to the address specified in our Returns Policy, [goods bought online CANNOT be returned to any of our shops, and
shop staff are unable to accept return of online purchases]
3. returns must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy – unworn, in perfect condition & original packaging, with the security
tag intact and within 14 days of receipt.
